Good Finds and Souvenirs from Baguio, Philippines

Baguio has a lot of souvenir shops everywhere. This is definitely one of the places that you won't have a problem when it comes to shopping for goodies to give to family and friends back home.

Almost all the places we've been to (Strawberry Farm, Mines View and Baguio Cathedral) all have souvenir shops.

Here are a few pics I took at the souvenir shops located in Strawberry Farm, La Trinidad

I don't really know why selling brooms are common in Baguio.

Foodies for souvenirs. you can buy more than two of each kind for a hundred pesos only.

Small brooms. I wanted to buy one but I doubt that it would fit in my luggage.

Strawberry jams - cheap and surprisingly good!

Ref Magnets... haggled at 4 pieces for 100 pesos

more foody goodies

When in Baguio, STRAWBERRY ICECREAM OF COURSE!!! only 20 pesos per scoop

Baguio is also known for their famous Ukay-Ukayan (second hand apparel) or wagwagan as they call it

This is a picture of me going through a rack of Korean inspired tops (ukay ukay) for only 100 pesos each.

And here are the souvenirs I got from Baguio

Four Ref Magnets for 100 Pesos bought at Strawberry Farm

Purple Strawberry Coin Purse for 20 Pesos bought outside the Baguio Cathedral

3 for P50 "Baguio City" coin purses bought at Strawberry Farm

Keychains for P10 each (some stalls can go for 12 pieces for P100) bought at Mines View

Looking for something to bring back home from Baguio won't be a problem at all!

La Vie Parisienne

Mark and I went to this place while we were in Cebu for the weekend.

We just love the Parisian vibe here.

Wide selection of Macarons and sweet munchies

Different flavors.

Samples of the bread they serve. Some prices are cheap while the bigger breads are quite pricier.

At their Wine Cellar. We just had to take a picture.

Love what they did outside. They have all these cherry-blossom like lights adding the imported vibe on the place.

We went there for breakfast around 7 in the morning. My friends suggested it's better to go at night if you wanna see the trees light up.

They also have this furniture. I had fun hanging out here for a bit before we left.

La Vie Parisienne is located in Lahug, Cebu. Around ten minutes away from AYALA via Jeepney. I think all jeepneys that have LAHUG written on them pass by that place. It's just located along the highway.

Will definitely pay this place a visit again soon :)
